Fiesta Cypion Server Contest

Starting July 1st, the one million Spark Cash started to decrease by 350 every hour. Once the first player has achieved level 105, the Spark Cash amount displayed here on the website (http://events.outspark.com/2009/fiesta/cypion/?lt=blog) will be locked for that player. The ticker will continue for the 2nd and 3rd place player. The Spark Cash ticker will lock in for 2nd and 3rd place.

Fiesta GameTips New Design is Here

So the new design is a bit more bright and the style the information is displayed is different. Is it a good thing or a bad thing, you will notice that the categories are no longer on the side. You can find them at the bottom in a drop down menu. Do that make the site easier to view or navigate? Also just to let you know this is not final so not everything you see will stay this way or the site might have a completely different design in the end. So nothing is set in stone, but lets hear what you all have to say about this and I hope it’s productive.

Fiesta NPC Interview

New to Fiesta

There are new maps a few of them include a new town called Alberstol Ruins. Then there is Swamp of dawn….but I have seen the name before maybe they are renaming things. 2 new dungeons have been added “Tear’s Marsh” and “Temple of Spirits”.

A new Abyss for level 90+ players has been added it, but I think they need to make changes for the abyss as a lot of players get PK in abyss. Pk is player kill, and it happens a lot in the abyss.

2 new kingdom quest one is a fighter kq much like the one you can enter when you hit lvl 35. WOOT! Fighters get there own KQ that is epic, what do you all think about that?

Obviously with new maps there are new monsters that are added into the mix. As well as new production skills, Licenses, weapons, armor and skills. I will make a post with a list of the skills per class.

The Most Epic change and one that I must try out is the Mage skill Magic Blast. According to the changes/fix list, you will be able to move and cast the Magic Blast skill when it’s level 3. WOOT! I think this is Epic, you can run and shoot your Magic Blast. Nice one Outspark. This will be an awesome skill to use I can’t wait to test it out.

Fiesta GameTips Player Data Card Back

OK so this is the card and what I have so far. What do you all think? what should be changed? or is if fine as is?

The image in the the back is a slime, and the images you see of the slime, honeying and Kebing are the images from the pet drops. That’s what the pet drops look like unless they changed it with the newest cap raise patch. If you notice in the corners I used blessed Elrue as sort of pins or buttons. I thought it added a nice feeling to the back overall.

Things you can do on Earth Day

Since Earth day is a day of awareness for the Earth, I made a list of things possible to do for the everyday gamer.

• -Plant a flower, or some type of plant.

• -Conserve water: taking a military shower…what’s that mean well it means you have 2 minutes to S.S.S. and that means Shave, Shower, Shine (aka brush your teeth) so jump in the shower and multi-task your way to a 2 minute shower.

• -Turn the lights off: If you don’t need the light on turn it off, don’t watch TV and play games while on your pc at the same time.

• -Recycle: Gamer drink loads of soda or some type of drink while gaming, I mean I know I do. So recycle the bottles and make an impact. You will level up LOL.

Those are just a few things, along with just enjoying nature and taking in fresh air. Remember what a wise jedi said, “Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm? Hmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere, yes. Even between the land and the ship.”

“Purging The Moonlight Tomb”

This quest is not that hard either, as a level 34 fighter I was able to solo it no problem. I used tier 1 buff for defense, evasion and aim. I also killed Ghost slime as he was in the area where I was questing and soloed him while being attacked by Zombie Master, WOOT! Yes I’m epic like that lol.

The quest prier to this “Zombie Haven”, you have to kill zombies and the zombie master. Make sure to get it from “Weapon Title Merchant Bran”. As well as all the other quest so you don’t miss any, as it’s a chain quest. If you don’t know what a chain quest is, simply put it’s quest that link together. Example would be king Slime Counter Attack 1, then it’s K.S.C.A 2, then 3, and so on.

Well that’s about it for today going to go back to questing and what not. I will be posting another podcast about this post for those that hate to read. Fiesta GameTips Player Card

A little information about the fgt player card and what it will have on it. As you can see in the image below it the card has some player information as well as other stuff. Again it’s not complete so not everything is there, I plan to add equipment information and more about the class build and tips and tricks from the player that the card is about.

LOL yeah I know what your thinking “DAMN THAT’S A BIG CARD” lol, well I made it that way but the final product will be half the size.

Fiesta GameTips Monster Interview First Guest Mr. Slime!

I’m sure you all know the Fiesta Slimes, they are just outside of town when you start the game, if you don’t know what a slime looks like here is one:

What can you expect from the Fiesta Gametips Players Card

• A few of the things you will see are player builds, you will see there stats and a bit about what they think about there toon.

• You will also see what gear they have, how they got it and why are they using it.

• It will also feature an interview with the player. You will see screenshots and video of the player in action as they pwn.

-Experience gained because of  level difference and the experience you get shouldn’t change, and I think power leveling or Power leveling is great. If your lvl 50 and power leveling a level 1 they should at least get half the regular experience they would normally get for beating a monster.  For the level 50 it’s fine if they get 1 experience because it make sense.

-Quest level restrictions shouldn’t be removed, so that if you skip quest you should be able to go back and do them. This would make things a lot of fun as you can do a lot of things like KQ’s for items and then go back and do quest later.

• I remember when I first started I missed a few quest because I didn’t notice that extra quest tab.  So sad for me but that’s what happens when your a noob.

-Area restriction, as well…you should be able to enter any area no matter the level. Social games shouldn’t restrict where you can go, plus you can help your friends.

• As a social game, I think they should allow you to make friends and help them level up and go on an adventure, even if the adventure involves you mashing puny lil’slimes on the head..lol.

-Monsters should still drop items no matter what level you are.  I think this would help a lot. As you can grind low level monster for gear to either sell to new players of to help friends and or guild mates.

• I would love to be able to grind lowbie monsters and get drops and gear, then put items into the guild bank or give it to new players randomly.  This would add a new element to Fiesta online game but I guess it would suck if you need a monster and a LEET player pwns it before you can.  But so what that’s why they spawn a lot and well in the end it will be a good thing.

-KQ should happen at anytime, meaning you can enter them any time you feel like it.  You should also be able to enter it at any level.

• I hate having to wait 2 hours after a KQ or Kingdom Quest to enter it again.  That sucks and the rewards being so random sucks.  I remember that I kept getting potions how lame is that and I did it like 5 times, mean while my friend was getting +5 weapons… I was like OMG, W.T.F mate!

• Second I think you should be able to enter any KQ and there should be no level restriction to enter a Kingdom Quest.  I think they should make it so you enter a Kingdom Quest instantly with no wait and you can enter it as a party of 5 or as a group of 10 or 15.  This would make it so that a higher level player can help his friends or guild mates complete Kingdom Quest’s as well as for the rewards.  This farming wouldn’t harm anyone and help players that are new and add to the whole guild helping new members.

I can’t even count how many times I couldn’t complete quest for Kingdom Quest because I leveled up and couldn’t enter the Kingdom Quest again. So yeah that’s pretty much all I have to say about this if you have anything to add or want to object just leave a comment and let me know what you think.

Should I get a Master?

Well yeah, and this is why. One of the key benefits of this is that you will get rewards, at every 10 levels. By this I mean at level 10, 20, 30, etc. It’s best to pick a high level master if you can at first or at least in the 30’s. If your level and your Master level as close ie..5 levels apart, they can not longer be your master. So that’s why I recommend getting a high level Master if you can.  A few of the rewards you get in your “rewards inventory” are weapons, exp boost cards, drop increase cards, etc.   So yeah you want to get a master asap.

What’s the master get out of it?

Pretty much nothing except 10% of what you spend. Which is not a lot if you think about it. If you spend 10copper they get 1, and so on. I like using the Master feature cause it allows me to help players and explain certain feature to them or help them with quests. After one or two quest I start saying “GO TO FIESTA GAMETIPS.COM YOU WILL FIND GUIDES THERE”. LOL, yeah it’s tiring answering the same question over and over again, but with those questions it helps me write more guide, as well as to improver others.

Well enough of that back to the Master-apprentice Fiesta Feature.

By know your thinking, about either getting a master asap or getting a lot of noob apprentices, lol. That would be interesting to see, maybe if someone can get 100 apprentice, but atm I’m not sure they have a cap on how many apprentice you can have. If someone knows other wise let me know. Spark A Friends Program rules:

Before you go all recruiting crazy lets talk about the rules as stated on the Spark A Friend page. As always I will state the pros and cons and let you decide. Feel free to comment on this page and let me know what you think.

Spark A Friend Cons:

• In order for you to get SparkCash your friends need to buy some SparkCash.

• For your referral to qualify as one they must buy SparkCash within the first 60 days of there account creation.

• They will need to buy no less the 25$ worth of SparkCash for them to qualify for the referral program. (within the 60 days)

• There are three levels for the Spark A Friend program, depending on how many friends qualify will determine how much SparkCash you get for each friend.

Spark A Fried Pros:

• You get SparkCash when your friend buys SparkCash (view image above).

• When you get your Spark A Friend SparkCash your friends will get 1,500 SparkCash. So like they get a bonus 1,500 SparkCash when they buy SparkCash.

• The more friends you get the more SparkCash you can earn.

Not sure weather they will need to buy 25$ worth of SparkCash each time or if it’s just for the first time. As it only says they need to buy a minimum of 25$ to qualify. John Nitro here, with the latest and greatest.  Everyone was talking about it and they wanted to know what it was.  Was it the level cap increase or was it now dungeons.  Maybe new character, but alas it was either of what the Fiestians community thought or hoped it to be….but still it’s something really cool.

Fiesta Angels Set

By now you know and if you don’t I’m here to tell you what it is. Well the Angel is a SparkCash item, or sc item. You have to buy it from the Fiesta Store and you get a helm and cool looking wings.  Reminds me of some anime I once saw can’t remember the name.  If your interested stop by the Fiesta store and get yourself the set.

Fiesta Demon Set

Well if you haven’t guess by now the Demon set is just like the Angel Set only with a demon style to it. You get demon helm and demon wings, out of the two I like this one better.  They both look cool but when it comes down to it being bad is just to good.

Pro and Cons

If you wondering what are the good and bad points well I will tell you.
Pros:

• – Angel Helm Critical 8% , Angel Wings Critical 5%. Two piece Set. Includes Head and Back piece for a total of +13% Critical bonus

• – Demon Horns Critical 5%, Devil’s Tail Critical 3%, Corrupt Angel Wings Critical 5%. Three piece Set. Includes Head,Back, and Tail piece for a total of +13% Critical bonus.

• -They look Cool

Cons:

• – Both cost 6475 SparkCash Points, about a 9$ value if you get the 10$ SparkCash Card.

• -Only last 30 days

I don’t know about you but I’m get them, at least the demon set it looks to cool for school. Do what you have to, wash dishes for your mom, clean your dad’s car, do some yard work, babysit, beg..lol Up to you how you do it but if you want to be rocking some pimp wings get your set soon.

Hey Drop_Party_Master here I’m here to tell you there is another event happening at FiestaGameTips.com You know how you want that new item Outspark has just made and you can’t afford it? Ok now for the Fiesta GameTips Event information

The point of this event is to create a new design for a monster that is in fiesta such as Mini Dragon, Helga, Gordan Master, or any monster you can think of. The most creative design will win. The designs will be judged by me. If I need help I will ask John Nitro to judge and if needed further assistance I will ask the community to vote.

-Note that the submissions are just editing of the color design or anything to a monster that already exists unless you want to 3D render one you created. That’s for more advanced people I don’t even know how to do it if you can you’re on your own with that =D.

Here are the rules and the know how (how to do the event):

• 1. The designs should be submitted in screenshot form (Click here for Screen shot help) this is just the suggested way of submitting if you know another way use it.

• 2. The design on the monster should be made by editing the original design in any image editing software you have into your own unique design.

• 3. A description of the design is suggested for a better chance of winning but is not mandatory

• 4. You can submit up to 5 designs

• 5. Prizes will be chosen by the winner from the prize list

• 6. The most winners in this event is 3 players but this depends on the amount of people participate if 5 people participate there will be 1 winner 20 people to participate will make there be 2 winners 30 people to participate will mean up to 3 people can win

• 7. There will be 3 prizes to chose from and players will have a chose from these in the order they won (1^st place gets 1^st choice 2^nd place gets 2^nd choice and 3^rd place will get what the other 2 people don’t choice)

Fiesta GameTips Prize list:

Nightmare Costume, Beauty shop (Premium), Weekend Warrior Pack

When you hit the late 20’s, the quests for Moonlight Tomb (aka MT) will show up. As an archer, you don’t want to get near that place just yet. Things *are* going well and you’re on the right track if you’ve been following along. Your archer is certainly more powerful than most. The problem is, the spiders that the epic quest asks for will be be difficult. Their monster name will be in orange which means you shouldn’t be tackling them. The bats should be manageable but you should consider putting a bat license on your level 20 bow. If you can solo it down to Luminous Stone 2 (and you should be able to), you can kill bats near the gate. Buy the bat license from Title Merchant Bran in Elderine to the tune of 1 silver. The zombie and spider licenses are best on a level 30 bow. If you’re rich from this site’s money making guides, buy a secondary level 30 bow with moderately good stats. Place the spider license on that. Put the zombie license on your primary level 30 bow. There’s a quest coming up later where you will be killing a lot of zombies and the notorious zombie master. If you can manage it, buy/find a magic staff or flying staff license for your level 30 primary bow. You will thank me for this later.

In the Mara KQ, you should be used to staying in the back and letting the fighters do the heavy hitting. You learned this from the Slime KQ, right? Never skillspam Mara or Marlone. They will put you down without breaking a sweat. Be cautious of the Marlone Clan Fighter as well. Doing the Mara KQ is a lot different than the Slime KQ. The completion xp purse sucks here so go ahead and let them finish every time. But be careful of who you party with. Mara KQ quests can go a little sour if you are running around with a bunch of pre-promotion players. If you can do a round 2, remember to restone and turn in the first round of quest kills. Find a post-promotion fighter for getting the Mara/Marlone kills.

The Mara KQ really isn’t something to write home about. Do the quest kills and bring down Mara/Marlone. But don’t feel too cut up if you can’t manage to get a spot in Mara A. The Gold Hill KQ is where you can really bring in the XP. This KQ brings in 3318 xp for completion. Just be sure to stay in the back until level 28 or so. Don’t run up to a monster and try to solo it. Your archer is more or less a miner for the key. You’ll be alright with skill spamming the Gold Robber boss, the fighters here should be able to keep aggro. By skill spam I don’t mean power shot and aimed shot. I mean poison shot and bone shot only.

DARK CAVES AND ANGRY PHINO

Something else you need to know about speed-leveling is the Abyss. You’ll be going to the level 20 abyss. You can reach the abyss fields by seeing the portal guard behind Nina in Elderine. The Abyss field is more or less a secret for new players because it’s a dim dust farming place as well as a PvP area. Though most people in the Abyss fields don’t really player-fight much. Be sure to have full stones and run to the back of the abyss cave if you want to farm for xp. You’ll get dropped by PK’ers (player killers) if you stay in the front of the cave. Buy some aim scrolls if you go into the abyss cave, too. Your archer has good aim but you want to hit every time without fail. Evasion scrolls will be nice, too. Having a group of abyss phino miss you over and over saves a lot of stones. Don’t even try to nature protect these dolls.

KEBINGS, ROBBERS AND MAGEBOOKS, OH MY!

The level 20-30 quests are alright, but nothing special. Monster kills are still the ideal and avoid the Dungeon Marlone quests until you’re pushing level 30. The monsters there can put you down fast if they swarm you. Silver slimes are found in Luminous Stone 1, btw. Head up the stairs and go right until you reach a hallway with one silver slime. Spawn Camp here and take down them down over and over. Collect quests for Luminous Stone before going in. MageBooks and Skeletons can be killed here, as well as those Grave Robbers I mentioned before. The Jewel Grave Robber is here as well, two spawn points. You want the second one. Up the stairs and around the corner to the left. There is a hallway where a single cave kebing and a jewel robber spawn. The hallway to the left of them is a safe zone. Camp here for the jewel robber kills. Maybe you’ll catch a sweet green bow as a drop while you’re here.

RED SAND AND GOLD SLIMES

In general, Luminous Stone 1 is a decent spot for xp farming, but the abyss is better. Though the abyss is a lot more dangerous and you will need scrolls, too. A good farming spot is running around Burning Hill. Glow Wolves will usually drop a license so put that on your level 20 bow. In time, you will get a glow wolf license from Kyle for his Insomnia quest. You can get a Gold Slime license by killing them for Merchant Kenton, so put that on your bow, too. Avoid the center camp in Burning Hill, though. Unless you’re level 30, don’t bother going in there for Marlone Clan Soldiers. All the Megatons and Archers can swarm a frail archer like you and put you down. Get your Megaton kills from Sand Hill. The Sand Hill monster kill quests are good xp, too. Though those wandering old trees and marlone captains can be bothersome.

AN ARCHER’S BEST FRIEND

Since you’re level 20+ and have been collecting a good amount of silver from your academy, start shopping in Elderine for archer gear. End, Dex and Str are the stats you want on your gear, and the cheaper the better. Don’t be quick to buy a well stat shirt for 100 silver (which you probably don’t have) when you can find it from someone desperate for 30 silver. Buying a level 30 bow or a well-stat level 20 bow (not a xbow, those are way too slow) is the first item you want to invest in. Don’t try enhancing a stat item. You’ll more than likely break it and be out a lot of silver. Unless you’re a SparkCash user. And if you are, then you don’t really need me or this guide.

THE BIG TIME, BIG HURT, AND BIG MONEY

That’s about all I have for you. Be sure to keep yourself in hp stones and follow the stat build. The abyss or the other farming spots I mentioned are where you wanna be between KQ runs. Just be sure to exit the abyss before you participate. If you’re in the abyss when a KQ starts, it won’t warp you out. Keep yourself in skills from Master Deikid and check back often as you level. Don’t bother buying skills for crossbow mastery. You really are just wasting silver on them.

So then, join Slime KQ over and over until you’re done with your quest monster kills. That is, the Ratmen, the Boars, the Brave Honeying and Iron/Gold/Silver slimes. Btw, you should have a decent amount of silver from your academy to buy elrue[1] from Merchant Pey. Let me say that again. Buy elrue[1] from Merchant Pey. She charges the least amount per elrue (270 copper). Unless you can find someone selling elrue[1] for 100 c, which is incredibly rare. Use the elrue to enhance all your level 8 armor and your level 8 bow to +3. If you can buy some lix[1] from a vendor, use it on your bow. Don’t bother +6′ing your level 8 armor.

Forget about questing between Slime KQ runs. It will be a waste of hp stones and you’ll spend a lot of time just running around Roumen like an idiot for those demanding NPCs. Between Slime KQ runs, be sure to keep up on all your skills and buy some in advance if you can from Ruby. You should have the silver for it from your academy.

Now you’re ready to kill the King and Queen. Shout for a king kill party when you join Slime KQ and party with a high level fighter and a cleric. Get a mage if you feel the need but pray they’re not an aggro puller. Remind your fighter to do the snear kicking while you lay down your skill spam on the monsters, especially on King Slime himself. And the rule from before still applies to this. If you don’t get the King Slime kill, move away from the fight and leave. Be quick about it, because once the king drops the fight is nearly over. Get the King kill first, everyone guns for that. Once you get the King kill, you can retarget for Queen Slime once she spawns (near the end of King’s hp) and take her out for kill credit. Just don’t skillspam the Queen once she shows up. She’ll bounce over and lay you out.

The game plan is like this. You want to do Slime KQ runs over and over, trying your best not to complete it as you gun for the Queen and King kills. Once you get the King and Queen kills, don’t turn in the quest. Repeat, don’t turn in the quest. Do the Slime KQ over and over until you level clear out of doing it from completion xp. Once you’re level 17, turn in the King/Queen kill quest for that massive 9347 xp. Be sure to enhance one of those level 15 bows the Slime KQ gave you. If it’s more than +3, leave it alone and use it. If below +3, buy some elrue and spin the wheel.

A PIRATE’S LIFE IS NOT FOR YOU

The Mara KQ is not something you want to tackle until after you level into 20 and do your promotion quest. Pre-Hawk Archers don’t have much place in the Mara KQ. Your armor is still only level 8 and those 5 stat points mean a lot between dying and avoiding a hit. Now at level 17 (or more like 18 & 1/2 from that XP purse), it’s time to quest a little. Avoid item collection quests. They’re generally annoying and take up a lot of time. You want monster kill quests. Repeatable monster kill quests should only be done once. They don’t net a decent xp amount on the 2nd run. Master Zach will have a weapon title tutorial quest for you, too. He’ll give you a free pirate sailor license. Put all 3 pirate licenses on your higher level 15 bow. Buy the other pirate licenses from Weapon Title Master Zach. Also, see Blacksmith James for his “Hopeless James” quest. Bring your own elrue, James and his “ex elrue” are useless. Remember, the Hopeless James quest is a guaranteed enhancement. Use lix if you have any on you.

Teleport to Elderine and pick up the Smart Phino kill quest from Guard Nus (he’s guard’n us, har har). Grab the Joker Kebing and Kebing kill quests from Grandma Myzen. Grab another pirate kill quest from Storage Keeper Kyle. You are aiming to get several monster kill quests so you can go to one map and do several quests at once. Ruby in Roumen has a speedy boogy kill quest, too. You can do that along with the pirate kills. I’m pretty sure Grandpa Robin wants you to kill Grave Robbers and Kebings so grab that quest, too. Restone at Healer Avon and do his potion making quest. All you need to do is just bring him 3 hp potions. Don’t bother making them unless you actually want that skill for your character.

Handle these quests on your own and visit Sea of Greed first. You can take out mini pinkies, speedy boogy, joker kebings and kebings, smart phino and all pirates on this map. Get on your hobby (that you got from Roumenus for reaching level 10, remember?) and race thru the forests in Sea of Greed. You will find Little Lizardmen and Prock Zones to be bothersome. Go to Luminous Stone 1 in Mist Forest for grave robbers and more kebings/joker kebings.

THE SHADOW’S HARMLESS FIST

For your promotion quest, see Scout Master Deikid. Kill the monsters he asks for (oh wow, slimes are so tough *snicker* ) and teleport back to Elderine. When that’s done, see the portal guard that you should have been using this whole time instead of your warp scrolls. Head to Mist Forest and check in with Master Sean, get the shadow key and restone for your promotion. Take off your weapon before you enter. Put it back on once the shadow archer starts fighting. Tag him and make him run. Remember to take off your bow again before you follow the blue light. Then put it back on when the lights come on. This makes your shadow archer a lot easier to fight. Finish up and see Master Sean. The bow has a better attack speed than an xbow. You can enhance a free level 20 NPC bow so the damage difference doesn’t matter much. You should be well off from staying in that academy to buy elrue and lix for it.

Portal back to Elderine and buy all the level 20 Hawk Archer armor. Also get ahold of your level 20-23 archer skills (if you can afford it) in advance from Master Deikid. This will make your level 20 quests much easier and now you can join the Mara KQ. Time for your next taste of boss fights.

The archer is about the skill spam. Especially the solo archer, which is essentially what you’re making. But an archer is known for not his arrows, but his aim. Your archer is meant to lay down the skills while the monster is closing. By the time the monster is close enough to hit you, he should have at least half his hp gone.

Then the pattern for firing skills, is boneshot-poisonshot-aimedshot-powershot. The bone and poison shot, one after another, guarantees at least one debuff spell on the monster. Which increases your DPS (damage per second). The aimed shot is before powershot because powershot has the least range and the slowest cast time.

• For skill empower, decrease cooltime on aimed shot first. Then increase powershot’s attack power.

• Then decrease poisonshot and boneshot’s sp consumption so you can use them a lot.

• Go back and forth decreasing sp consumption, one point at a time. Be sure to replace higher level skills as you level and learn better ones. The skill empower points transfer over.

A word on nature’s protection. You gain this by buying it with fame from Nina in Elderine. It works on monsters that are lower level than you and the monster *has* to be in the light globe when you cast. So don’t bother casting unless you get swarmed.

THE KING AND YOUR HORSE

Head over to Roumenus at the fountain and take on some quests. Namely, the “Essential Gift” and “King Slime Counterattack” quest. Click “quest list” if you can’t see both of them. The chief wants you to infiltrate the King Slime base and kill some of the associating monsters in Cyclone Hill. Click the hourglass by your map and check for when the King Slime KQ A (bottom of the list) is recruiting. Highlight King Slime A, the last one at the bottom of the window. Watch your clock closely and be ready to click “participate”. King Slime A fills up very fast, so be speedy on the mouse button.

This is why you’re an archer. When you party with a fighter and a cleric, you really won’t be doing much killing. Everyone else will. It’s cheap, sure. You’re a frail archer, you need to be on the artillery line, not up front. Let the fighters move to the monster before you target and strike. Also, only attack what the fighter does. But your goal is not to complete the Slime KQ. Your goal is to collect KQ kills. “Wait, not complete? But what about completion XP?” What about it? You’re a low level. The completion xp purse is huge and you frankly don’t need it right now. There is a complex process at work here. Trust me on this.

HE WHO RUNS AWAY, LIVES TO RUN AWAY AGAIN

When you reach the end of the KQ, and King Slime says his curse and the final gate opens, leave. That’s right, leave. Hit your Esc key, find a safezone, click “select character” and log out. Go make a sandwich or something. Watch TV. Just burn thru about 5-12 minutes. Give that group a little bit to take out the King. You’re backing out because you either

• A) got your quest monster kills and need to turn them in

• B) didn’t get monster quest kills and need to do another Slime KQ

This may seem like you’re doing your party a disservice, but the completion xp purse will level you past your window of opportunity for the big xp purse. Log back in and turn in your Slime KQ monster kills and take on the next one, or rejoin another Slime KQ if you can once you log back in. If you time it right, you can join one Slime KQ, log out and wait, log back in, turn in the first batch of quest kills, take on the second batch, and join King Slime H. That’s the sought-after “round 2″ Slime KQ. Why are we doing this and not just letting the fighters/clerics kill King Slime for us ?

The final quest completion xp purse, killing King/Queen slime, gives you 9347 xp. Yeah, you read it right. That’s enough to turn a Level 17 into a level 18 & 1/2, all at once. Which is precisely what we want to do. You don’t want to watch King Slime die unless you need his quest kill. And when it’s time for that, you want to find a King Killer party. A King Killer party needs a high level fighter (or two) and a mid/high level cleric. Shout (hit /s before typing) for a KingSlime kill party, someone else will need it too. A high level mage isn’t necessary, because high level mages are rather noob and tend to pull aggro for KingSlime because of their strong spells. That can ruin a bossfight easily and someone else will wind up taking the kill credit for the king/queen. Or there will be a TPK (total party kill), which is even more annoying and a waste of HP stones.

Party builds vs. solo builds is a great debate on all fiesta forums. The way I see it, an archer is gonna be out on his own a lot. I view all parties as a luxury, not a necessity. Even if you have a party you’re still not going to be in the fray. That’s the fighter’s job. Parties are nice but you will be getting much more xp when alone, which is vital if you want to hit level 30 quickly.

Archers hit from a distance and will take a few hits once the monster closes in when solo’ing. This is why you need the end for hp points. The dex keeps you from taking so many hits and keeps the monster from hitting you. Very important because your def will always suck. The Str or Strength is very important here, because you need to drop the monster before it has the chance to hit you a few times. A few hits from a monster can drop even a high level archer.

Welcome to the speed guide. Archers are kinda puny, let’s be real about it. We have crazy-low def and hp in low levels. So how do you race into level 30 without getting the MonsterFood title? You’re asking the right guy. I’ve made a lot of characters in my study of the game mechanics, scrapped a lot of shoddy builds and finally come up with some winning formulas. So let’s get down to it and make your archer the camouflaged killer he’s destined to be.

NO ARMOR, NO DEF, NO PROBLEM

The first thing you want to do, is join a guild academy. You will need to go to the guild manager in Roumen for this. Find one ranked decently, somewhere in the top 30 with an open slot. When you join, check with the guild manager for the academy’s reward setting. You will need decent silver per level. We’ll be farming later so you won’t be getting money from quests. At least, not for now.

The second thing you want to do, is avoid the low level quests. Yes, that’s right. Just visit Remi and Healer Julia if you’re completely new to the game. I know, I know. You’re low level and you need the xp. But that’s why you’re here listening to me, not running around in Roumen. Which brings me to why you shouldn’t be doing low level quests. Because well, you’ll spend a lot of your time running around in Roumen. No sense in going back and forth between Roumen and Tide Forest / Sand Beach. (also known as Forest Of Tides, but i refer to it as Tide Forest). Low levels gain xp very quickly if you go out and kill stuff. Emphasis on kill. You’ll get a decent amount of HP stones to start so you’ll be okay. Head northeast out of Roumen and into Tide Forest.

Farm slimes and mushrooms only. After you’ve gained a few levels, it’s time to work on your stat build. The best (in my opinion) archer build, is 2:2:1 str:dex:end. This has been called a solo archer build in the past. A little elaboration on that.

HIT HARD, HIT OFTEN

Back to the 2:2:1 str:dex:end build. That means you build your + increases for your stats in a “+2 str, +2dex, +1 end” fashion. From there, as you level you increase everything by 1. When making your low level stat build, +1 end first. then +2 dex, then +2 str. Archers have highest starting damage output, which is why we leave +2 str until the others are increased. The dex will keep you from missing/getting hit. The end will give you more hp and thus more hp stones.

Increase your stat build by one as you level. Once your +2 str +2 dex +1 end is set, increasing by one means this. Your stat build will be +3 str +3 dex +2 end, and then +4 str +4 dex +3 end, and then +5 str +5 dex +4 end, and so on….increase end first, then dex, then str.

At level 3, run back to roumen and sell all the mats (materials) you got from the slimes/mushrooms. Do this at Master Ruby and buy the level 3 archer skill, Aimed Shot. Empower its cooldown decrease because you’ll be using this skill a lot even at high levels. You’re in a guild academy, so you should have the money to go to Merchant Pey. Buy a wooden horse and a stack of floatation stones. There’s nothing more bothersome than running everywhere on foot. Restone (hp mostly) and head back to TideForest.

Run (or ride) due north to the fire mushroom camp. Farm them as much as you can (assign the hp stones to a hotkey you’ll use a lot, i prefer the = key) and go to work. Avoid the mush fighters, they stun and can put you down easily. Don’t forget to keep your stat build going, of 2:2:1 str:dex:end Do this until you’re around level 8. Be sure to collect drops, btw. You’ll be selling them for copper. At level 8, head back to Roumen. Sell the mats and buy all the level 8 armor. If you can, spend some money on elrue to enhance your new level 8 bow. You’ll need it for our next venture. Your first taste of Kingdom Quests. The Slime KQ. But first, a word on archer skills.

I’m just curious who would exploit a game glitch to make money or maybe trick a player to make money. I have seem many scams where players pretend to sell one thing and are really selling another. This is just an example and I’m sure you have seem many scams or have at least heard of them.

What Fiesta Scams have you seem or experienced?

Enhancing is the art of upgrading your weapons using enhancement stones (Such as Elrue, Lix and Xir) to make your weapon more powerful. There are currently three tiers of weapons so three tiers of enhancing.

What is an enhancement scam?

Because you can break your weapon if you don’t use SparkCash items called ‘Perfects‘ it is common for Non-SparkCash users to pay in game money for the enhancers to do it for them. But some people try and scam players out of their money and items by saying they will do it for them, and logging out after so they keep the items – this is a scam.

What can be done about it if you do get scammed?

The GMs /used/ to take action against these people but as of recently, if you get scammed, it’s your problem and your items cannot be returned to you any more.

What rules are there concerning enhancement scams?

Enhancers are not allowed to advertise this service any more, which leads to less and less people doing it, and players getting more and more desperate.

How do I avoid enhancement scams?

Follow the simple tips below to reduce your chance of getting your items stolen.

1. Know Your Enhancer: If someone is recommended to you by a friend there is less chance of this person being a scammer.
Look for CashShop items, and +9 weapons on the enhancer, then it is more likely they are not lying.

2. Know Your Prices: If someone is offering to do T3 for 500s, the chances are that this person is a scammer. The basic price across all servers is T1 – 1g, T2 – 2g and T3 – 3g. Enhancers know this and usually won’t do it uber cheap for people they don’t know.

3. Know Your Rights: Genuine enhancers will let you pay after the enhancing has taken place.
You can ask for one of their weapons as reassurance you’ll get your items back.
Ask to see an enhancement title higher than Enhancement Artist. This could be Enhancement God, Hopeless Enhancer and Miraculous Enhancer. These can only really be acquired by using SparkCash item Perfects.
You have the right to ask for references, i.e. other players they have enhanced for so you can check with these other people that the enhancer is legitimate.

These tips will not guarantee you won’t get scammed, but should reduce the chances greatly.

If you have been scammed do not PM Fiesta_Help, make threads or blacklist. There is nothing you can do any more, apart from live with it.

The general idea behind an AOE party is to kill multiple enemies at once to get burst of xp or experience. In the ‘ideal’ AOE party there’s always a tanker (fighter), a healer (cleric), someone to lure or kitter (archer), and one Damage Dealer or DD (mage).

JohnNitro’s Notes:
AOE means Area of Effect, basically is a skill that hits more then one target. Very useful with tanking and also to destroy large mobs.

How to use an AOE party:

• With this party the archer will run and gather all the mobs and kite them, meaning to bring them all back to the party.

• Next the fighter will mock the mobs, so they attack him, cause that’s what the tank does.

• The cleric’s role will be to heal the tank, cause that’s what clerics do. lol

• Lastly the mage and archer will AOE the mobs a few times to kill them.

This tactic is a little tricky at first but the more you AOE the better and more used to it you will be. The ideal level for a mage to begin aoeing at is lvl 60 although it is still possible to aoe with a mage that has just his magic burst aoe. Archers begin to be good at aoeing at lvl 51.

This is just a screenshot of me aoeing with a guildie, it’s not the ‘ideal’ aoe pt but it gives u an idea of about how many mobs there is attacking you etc.

This fun and lovable high level kq or Kingdom Quest is really easy and is extremely easy to win. Simply, get to level 60-69 and join the kq. If you’ve done Robo kingdom Quest previously it’s exactly like that. You and everyone else has to run to the room right in front of you. Then there’s plenty of mobs to kill after that. If you’re a mage, archer, or fighter, you are able to aoe or (Area of Effect, skills that attack a specific area, either a round you or in a straight line.) and that’s all you should do. Especially cause there’s LOTS of monsters spawning.

Spider Kindom Quest

You have 5 lives to survive the kingdom quest. After continuously slaughtering various spiders and mobs, at 13:08 I believe, you run out of the room and wait on the left side of the room. Which is near the giant gem in the center. Then  mobs begin to spawn like in robo, but this time don’t run. Just simply do what you were doing before. Then after awhile GS or Giant Spider will spawn. The people in the kingdom quest will decide to either run the Giant Spider or kill it. If they decide to start killing it, don’t use your aoe’s or else the mini spider (ankle biters) will come and mob you. So just use individual skills to kill it. Then when you win you get stacks of mats, mq or hq.

John Nitro’s thoughts- Again another production based money making plan. Here you need to either be making enhancement stones, or buying them, but in the end your selling your skill to use the refining feature from any smith in town. Remember the refining is based on luck. This is to say that you have a % chance to have 3 things happen. One you upgrade, Two….you fail and it doesn’t upgrade, Three you fail and your item is destroyed. As you can see you have a higher chance to fail as there are more things that happen for failing. This can be an easy thing to do but you will need to buy sparkcash, and use that to get red eye and blue miles. To make your chance to succeed 100%

The Writer- Weapon and equip enhancing: Charging others to enhance there equips for them is a pretty decent way to make money but if they are wanting high end equips with a +9 enhancement this will almost always require the use of red eyes and blue miles which can become costly on your pocket book I don’t recommend this way but if you happen to be enhancing your own selling them after you level is always an easy way to net a quick profit.

Note:Iin light of Outsparks new stand, do not advertise that you are selling an enhancement service if you are going to do it do it privately I am not responsible for any devious happenings or reprimands due to you doing this.

6. Fame selling:

John Nitro’s thoughts- You might be thinking…Fame selling, what’s that? Well simple, if you don’t know by now you can use your fame to buy items like alchemy stones. So in short your fame selling. Using your fame to buy things, mainly alchemy stones and selling them to other players.

The Writer- Fame selling: Now this is a simple way to make money and has two ways to do it

1. Buy different alchemy stones and selling them.

2. See what others are buying, then buy the stones and sell them to them.

7. Buying and reselling:

John Nitro’s thoughts- now this is not my favorite way and i don’t reccomend it but it is a way buying things cheap and selling them for higher will net you quick money but it requires money.

The Writer- Buying and reselling: I just want to point out that I don’t recommend this because of scamming possibilities but you can pull together some quick money if you are able to buy things for a cheap amount and sell them for higher but you need to have money before hand to do this.

Good places to sell your items:

Roumen:

Selling items here is hard with the marketplace now but still a few good places to sell these items are.

-Potions: Sell these by gates and around the bridge to the market place from Roumen square.

-Stones: Sell as close to the smith as you can people will almost always look here for them.

-Scrolls: As close as you can to gates and also in the same place as stones selling they go well with stones for some reason.

-Green weapons and equips: Sell these closest to the storage keep and by the stone seller as well no since in getting stones if you don’t have good equips to enhance right.

-Mob drops, materials, and ores: These all sell pretty well in any area of the marketplace in the training grounds and again by the stone sellers.

-Enhancements: Best way to sell these if you choose this route is to know people who are willing to pay for enhanced weapons and equips or enhance them yourself and sell for higher profits. Note: see note.

-Fame selling: I don’t recommend selling them here because most won’t buy them here.

Elderine:

Selling an item here is rather easy there is nearly limitless places to sell.

-Potions: These seem to sell well by storage keeper and between Nina and smith Karl.

-Stones: Again these sell best by the smith.

-Scrolls: These sell best on the stairs in front of Guard Captain Shutian and by the gates especially on the way to “Collapsed Prison”.

-Green weapons and equips: These seem to sell the best on the stairs in front of Guard Captain Shutian and along the path to “Collapsed Prison” as well as by the smith.

-Mob drops, materials, and ores: Basically the same sell anywhere but by storage seems to be the best place to sell, also you can sell them to the buyers if you don’t want to set your shop up.

-Enhancements: Again best way to sell these if you choose this route is to know people who are willing to pay for enhanced weapons and equips or enhance them yourself and sell for higher profits. Note: see note.

-Fame selling: These you can sell right next to Nina or you can usually find someone buying them and sell it to the buyers by Nina

Uruga:

I urge you not to sell here but if you must just basically sell at the top of the stairs that lead down toward ancient elven woods.

-Fame selling: Again I don’t recommend selling them here because most won’t buy them here.

John Nitro’s thoughts- This to me is a decent way to make money as players are always in need of the items you can make with your production skills. Make sure to think about what production skill you want if you get one you don’t like you might not level it and therefore will make no money from it. The writer will explain about different combination’s  that you can have with production skills and how they will make you money.  You can look at the “Item Price Guide” to let you know what prices to sell your items at.


The Writer- Production and selling: Now this here is just about the easiest way to make money the only problem is it requires time and part of method #2 to do since you need those materials you harvested to make them, but to make things easier here are a few combination of productions that go hand in hand

Stone making/Decomposition: You can make your weight in stones using decomping once you get it high enough by decomping your dim dusts into old dust and creating a large amount of elrue, which you can then turn into lix by decomping your medium quality copper ore and then turn into xir by collecting more medium quality ore and topaz or buying it it is fairly cheap.  And then of course you can decomp your lustered and glowing dusts when you get it high enough and making your tier 2 stones, sell them for more and earning you a higher profit. Everyone will always need enhancement stones.

Potion making/ decomposition: Same as stone making turn your tender meats, spirit fruits and magic crystals into tough meat and low quality spirit fruits and magic crystals making a ton of hp and sp tier 1 potions in no time. and again same thing with the stone making turning your chewy meats clean waters and high quality magic crystals into the materials you need to make your tier 2 potions.

Scroll making/decomposition: make a lot of scrolls fast turn your tough leathers beast, leathers beast, dog teeth into torn leather and low quality beast leathers and beast dog teeth, then use the materials to creating a large amount of tier 1 scrolls in a short time and selling for a decent profit. Once your production skill is higher you can start decomping your higher grade materials and making tier 2 scrolls will earn you a higher profit and make you more money a lot faster.

Composition/ scroll/potion/stone making; now this is the harder one since it takes a lot of materials to making the ones you need for these but making most of them instead of collecting them will make it easier and you can create your tier3 stones potions and scrolls a lot quicker which sell for the highest profit you can make earning you gold pieces quickly. Everyone is always buying these which makes it a consistent flow of money.

Composition/decomposition training: Now this is the hard part “How do I get them up that high?” well there is two good ways to do this

1. Find a common material that comps and decomps and have alot of these and go back and forth

2. Provide a free comping and decomping service to others who need it they provide the materials you provide the service.

What to do if I don’t have good decomp or comping skills?: In this case you can always shout for someone else who has there skill high enough and provide the stones and they will almost always do it free since it helps them get there production points up and you get what you need.

OK folks I see a lot of the “How can I make money?” topics and question floating around so here we go hope this helps. I ‘ m sure a lot of you have tried different way to make money or maybe don’t know of any ways to score some gold.  Well no need to worry that’s why your buddy John Nitro is here for. Now this is of course the 7 main ways to make money in Fiesta Online.

7 Ways To Make Money in Fiesta Online:

1. Doing repeatable quests over and over and over:

John Nitro’s thoughts- This is probably to the long and boring way to make money, but depending on the market you can make some pretty good gold from this.  You can check out Fiesta GameTips guide called Getting Rich WIth Only 450 Copper. Yes you can get rich with only 450 copper, trust me I did it.  There are other repeatable quest, but the same steps I used in the guide above can be used with any of those.

The Writer-repeatable quests: Now then doing the repeatable quests and collecting the money from it is of course an easy way to get money but ya know you can only kill those mobs and collect those drops so many times before it gets boring and annoying.

2. Farming or Harvesting materials and selling them:

John Nitro’s thoughts- This is one of the more general ways to make money. As you quest along defeating mobs or harvesting herbs and trees, they will drops mushrooms, ores, woods, herbs, and also weapons and armor, at the lower levels  this can take up quite a bit of time and isn’t worth a whole lot of money, until higher lvls.  Maybe around level 30, mobs around your level start dropping some money making things. But remember that players need those lowbie drops to increase their Production Skills so keep them and look for someone in need.

The Writer-Material farming selling: This is almost just like harvesting but you farm these from mobs in the battleground areas they are always dropping higher tier items and higher level green equips that you can sell for more money then just the normal drops you get. this takes a toll on stones but you can usually come out ahead with a full inventory and get good exp at the same time.

The Writer-Material harvesting selling: Material harvesting goes hand in hand with grinding (leveling) you kill you pick items up and harvest the mushrooms ores and what not.  This is indeed a decent way to make money because lets face it we are lazy and don’t always want to go out and get them ourselves so what do we do we buy from nina or seek and alternative, this being the player mini shop and buy the materials we want or need for less or that can’t be bought from a NPC and without risking our necks to get them.

Note:mine ores at low levels mushies and herbs don’t sell as well and please i urge you not to harvest in places where you can’t handle the mobs.

3. Collecting and selling greens in your mini-shop or trading them for money:

John Nitro’s thoughts- This is a great way to make money as players are always looking for a better weapon or piece of armor from there toon.  In Fiesta it is also a double edged sword. What do you mean Mr. John Nitro? Well you see for some reason they decided to make the stats on a weapon the drop random, this is that when you get a weapon or armor piece it might not have the stats you want. For example  fighter weapon with intelligence on it, ahh since when did a Fiesta Fighter need intelligence, I mean come on they use brute strength, lol. But yeah an item like this will not sell, but you can sell it to an Npc.

The Writer-selling and trading green weapons: Now this is defiantly a good way to make money selling the green weapons and equips that you pick up can earn you a steady income but that’s only if you are able to pick up good ones, no one wants a fighter weapon with intelligence on it, but thats also not true if you sell it low enough they will buy it simply because its cheaper then and NPC’s price. Selling and trading greens isn’t always the easiest and quickest way however because there’s not always a demand for it or for that specific stat on that specific item so it can take awhile some time to get rich this way.

This makes the settings return to it’s default. By clicking the lock on the upper left corner you can prevent from losing your chat window/box in the future..

Your Normal Chat -Light  Blue

Whisper – Pink/Purple

Guild – Green

Academy – Red

Party – Blue

If there is different colors, it’s usually a GM/GL, etc…

Shortcuts for switching chat window to another:

Ctrl + N – Normal Chat Window

Ctrl + G – Guild Chat Window

Ctrl + W – Whisper Char Window

Ctrl + P – Party Chat Window

Chatting while in the General chat box:

/s (Shout)- Hit Space bar -Type Here- = Shout Chat (Only players on the map your on can see your shout, so they might get annoyed if cause of all the shouting)

/p (Party)- Hit Space bar -Type Here- = Party Chat (Talk to party members only)

/w (Whisper)- Hit Space bar – Players Name Here – Hit Space bar -Type Here- (Whisper someone, only that players can read it)

/a (Academy)- Hit Space bar -Type Here- (Talk to your fellow academy members)

/g (Guild)- Hit Space bar -Type Here- (Talk to your fellow guild members, only guildies can see your message)

/r (Return Whisper)- Hit Space bar -Type Here- (Replies back to the last player that whispered you)

/invite (Party Invite)- Hit Space bar -Type Players Name Here- (Invite a players into your party, make sure to spell the name exactly)

• When you put your cursor over the chat box, in the upper left corner, there is an “?” and a “i”. When you click the “?”,  all the functions of chat will appear, including Emotions. When you click the “i”, you will see all the functions of chat, and a circle next to them. When you click the circle next to the function, like Whisper, you can see Whisper in Normal Chat.

In the lower left corner of the Fiesta chat window/box there are 3 buttons used to scroll, here is what they do:

• The first two buttons, allow you to go up and down the chat box.
  
• The one on the bottom, lets you scroll down to the complete bottom of the chat box.

Steps to reproduce glitch

• Now, to do this glitch, all you have to do is press ‘z’ to go into walking mode.

• After that you click far past the monster you want to do this glitch on.

• Then when you’re in range to use a skill, you use the periodic bleeding damage skill (the red one)

• Lastly you don’t touch anything, and your archer will then keep moving/ sliding to the place where u clicked while auto-attacking the monster.

This Fiesta glitch is funny to watch especially cause other players can see it too. It’s not to much of an advantage cause you’re walking but u can still use it to limit the amounts of hits you get from a monster. But if you do have lots of cool downs on you’re running poisons then there’s no need to use this glitch to your advantage, so just do it to have some fun!

Pros about the new Fiesta Instance

• You and your party are the only ones in the instance

• Don’t have to share the loot

• No one can Pk (Player Kill) you

• It’s fun

Cons about the new Fiesta Instance

• Seems you have to be level 85 to enter

• You might need SC items to complete it

• You need a full group of level 85 players to win

Random Dice Roll Lottery XD (copyright pending)

I have a “Dice Generator” program on my computer (I use it in this table-top rpg I play, it’s cheaper than buying dice) that can handle rolling up to 1000 1000-sided die, but sadly it totals all dice rolled.

For ease of understanding I have written 2 sets of rules: The ‘Legal’ version and The Cliff Note Version.

‘Legal’ Version:

• 1. When registering for the Lottery you need to answer the 5 fiesta-based trivia questions in a email sent to this address (kitone@live.com) with the subject being ‘Dice Roll answers’. Upon obtaining questions I will mark and take record of the number of right answers that were given. After registration is complete you will be given a set of numbers whose size equals the number of right answers given, in the case of complete failure only one number is given.

• 2. The dice (whose number of faces equals the maximum registered number) is rolled a number of times equal to approximately half the maximum number (ie if there are 30 numbers the dice is rolled 15 times) REPEATS OF A NUMBER ARE NOT COUNTED!

• 3. After the dice has been rolled, the person who has the most of their numbers played moves onto the Prize roll round.

• 4. In the Prize Roll round there is only one roll, a 30-sided die (number of sides open to change) and this result is compared to the “Prize Table to determine the Winner’s prize.

NOTE 1: If there are any ties for the winning position those players will be randomly assigned three new numbers and a “Tiebreaker Roll” is put in effect. This roll set has the same rules of the regular dice roll but the only competitors are those who tied. (number of player-assigned numbers may be changed depending on the number of people who are tied)

Clerics are always very popular in every guild and in every party for there ability to buff and heal. With the holy Power of the Light they deal damage and increase their Defense and attacks. The clerics are Supporter Character, their abilities help them to increase damage and defense to both physical and magical attacks. These aren’t permanent effects and they wear off after an hour active. So the clerics are very important for every guild and every party. If your new make sure to check out the Fiesta GameTips Starter Guide.

Fiesta Cleric

THE CLERIC EQUIPMENT

Fiesta clerics can use two weapons, one is the  hammer (the hammer is two-handed at level 20) and the other is a  mace. The  hammer does more damage, so its more effective than the mace. The disadvantage of it is that it is very slow. Just like a fighter a cleric can use a shield which  increases your DEF so don’t die as quick. But the slowness is theoretic away because you kill the monster with only a few hits.

CLERIC’S MAIN ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS^^

With the cleric the main attributes are END and SPR. The Endurance or END is your first one to empower, because it gives you more DEF and more hit points . The second one (Spirit) this stat gives you have a higher rate to get critical hit chance and it increases your spirit points, of course.
If you want to be a combat cleric (that’s like a DD or Damage Dealer) try to put some points in STR or Strength. That helps you do a more  damage. XD If you do this build make sure to put some points in END and into SPR.
Then first skill you learn is at level 3  which is of course, healing.
Reduce your cool down time for your healing spell,  so you can heal faster and save money by not buying potions.^^

THE CLERIC TITLES AND THE JOB CHANGES

At level 20 you have to do a special Quest, where you can get a new character title. This title is the “High Cleric”. Like all classes once you do your shadow quest and get the class upgrade you can wear new gear. You have to pass the shadow quest to equip all the gear you get at level twenty and after,

The second quest, where you can change your job is at lvl 60 this title is the last title for the cleric: “Paladin”. With the new patch you have a new class upgrade will get the name soon.

THE CLERIC ADVANTAGES AND THE DISADVANTAGES

Advantages:

• Only player in game that can heal

• Largest range of buffs available

• Difficulty in ranged PvP or player versus player combat

Disadvantages:

• Low damage output at higher levels

With the power of nature an archer provides a party or a guild with a lot of skills to protect them against any Fiesta monsters. They are the strategic part of every guild or party cause without them the party (or the guild!) would not have any physical long, ranged attacks and the strategic support that the Fiesta Archer can provide.

FIESTA ARCHER EQUIPMENT AND THEIR MAIN ATTRIBUTES

The equipment of the archer is a 2-handed weapon or a 1-handed, archers can only wear a bow or a crossbow (so no shield like the cleric or fighter!!!). The bow is fast but weak, they can also wear a crossbow with has more power but is a little slower then a bow.

The main attributes of the archer is only SPR (Spirit), because they need only that for a higher critical rate so later the archers have the most critical rate.

JohnNitros Notes:

The writer stats that the main stats for an archer is only Spr or Spirit, while it is good to have a high crit or Critical rate, you shouldn’t forget Str, Dex and End, as they will provide you with higher damage, more Hp or Hit points or Health points, and Dex which is super important if you don’t want to miss at higher levels. There is no point in having high crit if your always missing, that’s just my opinion. These are just my opinions and wanted to add a little something to want the writer had to say.

EMPOWER THE WEAPONS AND WHEN CAN YOU LEARN THE FIRST SKILL?

You should empower the cooldown time (of course ) and the power of the attack of such skills as power shot and aimed shot! You learn your first skill at level 3.

THE TITLES

Like all the other classes you must do a special quest, “The Job Change Quest” also know as the Shadow quest, cause you have to fight your clone. At level 20 you will get your first job or class upgrade quest in Fiesta. Once you have completed your first job change quest you will achieve the title “Hawk Archer”. At level 60 there is another “Job Change Quest” again. Then you can get the title “Scout”. With the new patch and level cap increase when you reach level 80 and pass your next “Job Change quest” you will get the tile of “? what it called again”

THE ADVANTAGES AND THE DISADVANTAGES

Fiesta Archer Advantages:

• Highest damage dealer starting out

• Best single target damage dealer (mostly against bosses)

• Have DoTs (damage over time), disease, poison and bleed

• Great against bosses

• One self buff to increase speed of attack

• Skill that allows them to reduce the amount of hate/threat they get

Fiesta Archer Disadvantages:

• Restricted to wearing leather/weak armor

• Weak against AoE targets

• Has no healing ability

The Fiesta Leveling hardship

Is it just me or does it seem to get a bit hard to level at certain points in the game? I have been stuck on all the characters I have that reach a certain level. I have a leveling guide that has the best areas to train at certain levels in fiesta, but even with this help the biggest obstacle in any game that require leveling is motivation.  I’m sure your thinking what can I do to overcome this issue?  Well this is something I have tried to over come and there are a few things that you can do to achieve this.

Overcoming Fiesta leveling hardships

There are a few way to do this and the simplest one is to have friends that play the game with you. This is the easiest are you become comfortable playing and seem to breeze by levels are your having fun with your friends. The key here is having fun, and when something becomes less fun you want to quit it. One of the reasons I do events here on FiestaGameTips is to keep making the game fun or to do more fun things with the game. I know what it’s like to get to a point and want to quit cause it seems like to much work or you get bored. Another way is to not play that much and just do some grinding then come back later and do some more, either way you look at it you have to spend time in-game.  You will need to grind and you will need to make it as fun as you can.  These are the hardships of leveling, and this is what we as games need to face and over come.

Ending Notes

Ok so want to add some ending notes, well ok so hope you enjoyed reading my lil rant about leveling. Well to put it in a nut shell leveling up gets extremely boring and finding the best way to level and the fastest is what we here at FiestaGameTips.com want to find and write about. As well as guides and all the cool stuff you will find in fiesta. So if you have comments and or something to say leave a comment and let me know what you think.

New reward for events

Ok, so what are the changes you may or may not be thinking….

-First and the most important change is the reward, after doing 2 events and seeing the player involvement and the fact that I’m losing and not even breaking even. I decided I’m going to put a hold on just giving out Sparkcash Cards, as it seems it’s not working to get more players interested in participation in the event. I you will not find a fan site out there that is giving you the chance to win spark cash just for going to there site and posting comment or whatever, but hey guess it’s not enough. This does not mean I will stop forever just until i break even.

-Ok, now to the new rewards, seeing as Fiesta has a gifting system I will start to use this to give rewards. So what this means is I will buy Spark Cash items or SC items and give them out with the events we run.

Pros

-Well yeah I thought about this a lot, by using this new reward strategy I can run weekly events.
-I can provide a variety of rewards for players to pick as well as give 2nd and 3rd place rewards.
-It will last long and might give a chance to break even.
-Leave the possibilities more open for rewards and events.

Cons

-Well, you don’t get a $10 Spark Cash Card anymore, but hey that’s how it is.
-Less players might be interested, lol..out of the four that played lol….

Well as you can see the pros out weights the cons, so I will be starting this new systems as soon as the new years hits. If you have any comments and or what to add to this. please feel free to let me know what you think.

How you can help FiestaGameTips

Well I’m sure you are thinking well what can I do? Well actually you can do a lot, you don’t have to send me money or write guide, but that would be nice. All you have to do is be active here, bookmark the site, go on to the fiesta forums and talk about Fiesta GameTips and post on the threads started by me JohnNitro. This is all in an effort to increase traffic to FiestaGameTips site, cause traffic = $ ……anyone here can do the things above, simple and it helps, so if you can please do so. I working on adding a new design and new features, with this will come more events but can only be done if I can fund the events. That is the purpose of the site having ads so that if can make some cash to fund the events we like to run here.

Why should I help Fiesta GameTips?

Well for one the more money I can make on the site the more SparkCash Cards I will buy, which mean more events and more winners. So far I used my own cash to buy the 100$ of SparkCash Cards that I use for the events, you can see the video here of me buying the SparkCash Cards. BUYING TIPS

1. Know the cost the NPC’s sell at

A lot of deals can be gotten if you know the NPC’s cost. We’ve seen them all; people trying to make a quick buck selling tier 1 Elrue for 300c and such when Item merchant Pey sells them for 270c a piece. This simply means if you know that an NPC sells the item for a cheaper cost than those five guys near the stairs go with the bargain.
This also applies to enhanced equips, look at the base item price an Npc sell the for equip and compare it to the price offered. Now there will be a large difference for higher enhancements, even more so in these times of almost impossible enhancing, and even more for completed licenses but these should be within a reasonable amount of difference, it doesn’t mean that 500s for a lvl 15 +9 one-hand sword is a good deal nor is a weapon with three helpful licenses that haven’t been trained to any point, I’ve seen a lvl 30 axe at +5 with a ghost license that was just put on for 300s.

2. Shop around.

Players fiesta shops keep similar prices most of the time but that doesn’t mean that their prices are the same, it just means that you might get a small bargain off the other guys. You may see a shop selling elrue for 150c a piece but the guy a short walk away may have the same elrue for 130c, which may not be a big difference if you’re buying small amounts but if your buying in bulk that 20c difference becomes a world of savings.
Be on the lookout for players that are selling things for ridiculously low prices, these market discrepancies tend to be players who need to clear inventory/storage space quickly and are selling off their excess at low prices to attract customers quickly.

3. Don’t Be Afraid to Negotiate

When shopping for weapons and equips you may see something you want or like but not at the price your wallet can handle try bartering with the player. Most of the time people offer goods at a price that they would want but most people are willing to cut something off the price, some smart salesmen will even say it in their shop name “<Item and price>or best offer.” In this situation whisper the player what you’d be willing to pay for the item and tell them which item your talking about, I’ve had people whisper me that they’d pay 20s for my green lvl30 sword when i had a shop full of green lvl 30 swords.

4. Use Your Brain

There’s an old adage, “If it seems too good to be true, then it probably isn’t.” this holds true for most situations. Look at what your buying, it makes no sense to buy a sword with a high int modifier for a high price when there are other good swords out there for similar prices, not only will it save you money it may just stop you from buying a scammer’s loot.
Scammers are a very sly bunch, most of us remember all the scammers during the Isya Blossoms event passing off red petals as Blossoms making super profit, they have little or no shame when it comes to lying thru their teeth. They will put up a store selling some item at what would be considered a bargain but when you buy it you find out that it’s not what you expected.
If you come upon a scammer TAKE A SCREENSHOT AND REPORT THEM TO OUTSPARK, scamming is a violation of the ToS and carries a harsh punishment, however if you buy an item from a scammer and then report them you may not get a) your money or b) the proper item back.

SELLING TIPS

1. Location, Location, Location

Shops sell items faster when they’re closer to where they’re used. For example elrue for enhancing your armor and weapons sells better closer to the blacksmiths as players use the blacksmith to refine/Enhance there gear, potions and scrolls sell better near to gates etc. Also stores sell better in locations with high traffic, a shop in some far off corner of Elderine where no-one goes will never get much sold.

2. Know Thy Neighbor

Before you set up shop look at the other shops around you, more than likely their gonna be selling stuff that’s similar to yours (it’s human nature for people with similar ideals to congregate) so take a look at their prices and set yours to a similar but slightly lower price. why lower? Because then you can say that your shop has a cheaper price and a cheaper price is a greater incentive to buy from your store. But don’t drop your prices to rock bottom if their gonna hurt your profits especially if you’re selling to make money and not to clear out your inventory.

3. (/s) Shout Selling Things at this location

Advertising, getting your product noticed, the aim of selective marketing is to get people (potential buyers) to come and get your stuff and not from Jim’s Bargain Mart down the road.
The /s chat function (shout for all you uneducated n00bs) displays a message to all people on a map, now this message is VERY public so keep it clean please. All you have to do is shout what you’re selling, what’s your going price and your shops location (grid value, like e5, and a more specific detail, like near the bridge). After advertising wait a little before shouting again, if your shouts are too close to each other they will be considered spam and you may be blocked by the people you are advertising to, which defeats its purpose.

4. It’s all in a name

The name of a fiesta vendor shop can serve two purposes, it displays what you’re selling and it also attracts attention to your store. For example a shop named “T1 Elrue 100c ea” clearly states that the store is selling tier 1 elrue at 100c each, this way Bob, our sample buyer who’s looking to enhance his weapon, sees a clear location peeping at him from the sea of mushroom shops which displays exactly what he’s looking for. The other end of the scale is the totally random and arbitrary store names that just scream “LOOK AT ME” among the crowds of bland names, for example Bob may be walking towards our already noted “T1 Elrue 100c ea” when the corner of his eye catches Jane’s “Smexy Lingerie Store”, intrigued Bob walks over to find that not only does Jane stock what he’s looking for at a similar price to our store’s but it also sells the shield he wants.
In closing, simple names get focused attention from a select group of shoppers whereas outrageous names operate on hook-line-and-sinker tactics to get things sold (in a slightly funny and totally unintentional pun when outragous names fail it becomes more of a catch-and-release sort of thing b(^_^)d)

How will the Total Randomness event work

Well first of, I guess it’s not total randomness but I like the sound of it, basically

• I will select anywhere from 10 to 20 FiestaGameTip.com members that are active or have been active within the week of when I do the event.

“Yeah I can see when people are on, if they sign on“, so that means be active read the guides, leave comments, if you want to write a guide even better, just let me know. So back to how this works, so after I select the member:

• I will write there names on pieces of paper

• Then I will put these pieces of paper on a dart board.

After this:

• I will Blind fold myself, then I will start to throw darts, “I have about 20 darts”. So what ever piece of paper have 2 darts hit it is the winner.

So it’s random and it’s not, the truly random part of this is when the event happens, all the clue you get is that it happens once a month.

The mage is a Damage Dealer or Nuke, mages are one of the best damage dealers in Fiesta. With their arcane power or Magic skills, they can defeat monsters very quickly. They get their first skill at level 1, which is called “Magic Missile”.  Mage are very good in single or multiple targets combat, because their magic skills are ranged spells, meaning that like an archer they can attack from far away. Because mages have low defense they depend on there ranged magic skills to defeat monsters or enemies before they have a chance to attack.

Fiesta Online MAGE

THE EQUIPMENT

Mages wield 2-handed weapons, either a staff or wand. When you begin as a mage your first weapon is a staff. Once you reach level 20 you can choose between a staff and a wand.The stats on each type of weapon vary but the difference is not that big.  You can choose either type and get good benifits.  Mages wear the weakest armor in the game.

THE MAIN ATTRIBUTES

The main attributes of the mage are Intelligence (int) for more magical damage and Spirit (spr) for more spirit points and a higher chance to get a critical. If you want to survive a little bit longer try to put some points into Endurance (end).

SKILL EMPOWERING

Empowering skill is done with Empowerment points, which you get every odd level. If you open your skills window you will see at the bottom of your empowerment points.  You can use these points to do many things to your skills. Just to name a few, you can decrease cooldown time, decrease the amount of SP to cast the spell, or increase the damage done.  There are a few more, but just wanted to name a few.

Tips and Help: Try to increase your fire spells damage or you can decrease the cool down time of your Magic Missile so you can spam it between spells.

Job Change

At level 20 you will get your first Job Change Quest, where you can get the title “Wiz Mage”. At level 60 there is a Job Change Quest again, where you can get the title “Enchanter”. With the new title you can equip more things like weapons or armors (or what else xD)

THE ADVANTAGES AND THE DISADVANTAGES

Advantages:

Very effective at damaging multiple targets at once with AoE Damage Spells
Excellent at burst damage output
High magical defense
Only class in game with Fear

Disadvantages:

Low hit points, low physical defense
Weak at melee combat
Has no healing ability

THE BEGINNING STATS

- The mage is a very good part of a group because he has got very good skills
- The mage is good in single or multiple targets
- He has a beginning skill
- He has both 2-handed weapons
- He has got a weak body (low DEF)

Why Clerics Don’t Heal:

There are a few reasons why a cleric might not heal you, either they have other characters and know what happens to the cleric or don’t want to heal. This might be because they just want to fight because they want to get drops. In my play time, I have learned that everyone needs drops and a lot of players need the same thing. Only way to solve this is to make more items drop if more players are in the party and or assign certain items to a player…..

Clerics rather fight, because it’s easier to take damage and heal yourself then it is to heal other players. And also because the players fighting get all the items, and a lot of players pick things up quick and will not share….I’m sure more cleric character would play there part if they know they would get items/drops.

Why Clerics Don’t Revive:

But yeah, the revive, I try to revive when I can, but I hardly see anyone asking to be revived. When I do see someone ask to be revived I try to help, if they are near I will make it to revive them.  Most clerics are either to far away or just could careless to help, either because they were not helped and don’t want to help or because they are being selfish fiesta game players and want to be rude. You will see this a lot in many games, best bet is to make friends with someone when they are low level and that way you can always count on someone to help you out. Clerics are great characters to start out with and great to have in a party when they heal.

But that’s just my opinion, you don’t have to take my word for it. Either way just enjoy Fiesta MMORPG as it is a fun free online game.

What you need to do: Kill 5 Fire Mushrooms and 1 Fighter Mushroom (look in Forest of Tides).
Rewards: 90 copper, 108 xp, 18 fame
Selective Rewards: Leather Pants, Litany Pants, Trivial Pants, Novice Pants
Personal Recommendation: Watch out for stuns when you’re fighting Fighter Mushrooms, when you’re stunned you can’t attack but you can still use hp stones and potions, so keep your life up. Fighter Mushrooms will eat through your supply of hp recovery items like that *snaps finger* so  Oh… One last thing… In case you haven’t already noticed this, this quest is an INSTANT level up.

Level 5

Essential Gift

What you need to do: Reach level 10.
Rewards: Hobby Horse(7 days)

What you need to do: Kill 2 Bored Imps (Guess where they are…That’s right Forest of Tides).
Rewards: 103 copper, 11xp, 17 fame
Selective Rewards: Magical Defense[Tier 1], Shield Increase[Tier 1]
Personal Recommendation: Bored imps are near gang imps, these guys will gang up on you and eat away your hp pretty fast so be prepared for the worst.

Imp Leader
Quest NPC: Blacksmith James
Rewarding NPC: Same
What you need to do: Defeat 1 Gang Imp and 2 Bored Imps (See above Quest for locations).
Rewards: 124 copper, 23 xp, 15 fame
Selective Rewards: One Handed Sword Mastery, Mace Mastery, Bow Mastery, Staff Mastery
Personal Recommendation: Like the Delinquent Bored Imps quest be prepared to see your life vanish in front of your eyes. Please note that in the pre-quest conversation with James, he only mentions the Gang Imp not the Bored ones, which shouldn’t throw you off because if you kill the mob (the group of monsters) you’ll get enough kills to satisfy both quests monster requirements.

There we go, thats the updated normal quest information for the first five levels of your Fiesta life. Don’t worry about what lies ahead, levels 6-10 and King Slime Kingdom Kingdom Quest will be coming soon.

Personal Recommendation: Imps hit hard at lower levels (levels 1 and 2), either level off mushrooms and slimes untill you reach a comfortable level (3 or 4) or form a small party to defeat them.

Level 2

Mischievous Monsters

Quest NPC: Blacksmith James
Rewarding NPC: Same
What you need to do: Kill 5 Speedy Slimes, 5 Imps and 1 Hero Slime (all of which can be found in Forest of Tides).
Rewards: 66 copper, 30 xp, 33 fame
Selective Rewards: Leather Helmet, Litany Helmet, Trivial Hat, Novice Hat
Personal Recommendation: Like the Master Zach quest, the monsters in this quest will kill you if you underestimate them, follow the advice I gave before and you should be fine.

Level 3

There are no quests for level 3, which backs up my stay and kill roumen’s weak enemies opinion because in doing these quests they WILL put you to level 4. Also getting to this level allows yo to learn your first skill (2nd skill for mages because they come with a skill).

So I decided to take a trip up to Target to get some SparkCash Cards. I didn’t want to ask the works where the Cards where at so I just walked around till I found it. It was like a quest to get the SparkCash Cards, well I finally found them, then I had another dilemma. How many SparkCash Cards should I buy…. It took me a good 15 minutes of pondering if I could afford it before I finally decided how many to get.

Needless to say, I spent almost $100 dollars on the SparkCash cards; and I hope you all like the events and will participate in then, if not I guess I will have a lot of SparkCash Cards to use on my characters. I will run an event soon because I want to get some good events set up, especially for Halloween. Maybe a best costume event, post a comment and give me your ideas for events. I will be making a post regarding events, how to participate and how to win. This will be done before Halloween so I can get some winners in before the holiday is over. For what ever reason you don’t want to be in your fiesta guild academy, maybe you found a better one or maybe your friend invited you to join there academy. The fact is you want to leave your fiesta guild academy, well here are a few things you need to know before you leave your fiesta guild academy.

“Wait time before you leave”

Yes there is a wait time, if you just joined a guild and want to leave it you will have to wait at least an hour before you can leave your current fiesta guild academy. This is why it is very important that you select a fiesta MMORPG Guild acadmey and Fiesta Guild that you will want to stay in forever awhile.

“Steps to leave your Fiesta Guild Academy”

• First you will need to talk to a guild manager

• Then you will need to select “Academy”

• Next you will need to select “Leave”

Make sure you really want to leave because once you do you are gone, well after you follow those steps you will be free to join a new fiesta guild academy.

Well that should be all you need to know about this, if you see something that should be added or that was left out, leave a comment and I will fix it asap.

Joining a Fiesta MMORPG guild academy is not that hard of a task to do, and you don’t even have to ask that guild to let you join. When selecting a guild you should talk to them to see what type of rewards they have set up. Oh you didn’t know, after level 10 you get money and items rewards every time you level up. This is one of the cool features that has been added, this adds to the fun of leveling as you will make money and get cool fiesta items while leveling up.

Ok so on to how to join a Fiesta guild academy:

-Joining a Fiesta guild academy: Talk to any guild manager located in either elderine/rouman/uruga the click “Academy”, next select “Enroll”
-Now think carefully about the guild in which you wish to enroll in and select it, then select “Enroll Academy”, now you will be part of your selected guilds academy.

-You can also join an Fiesta Guild Academy by using the following steps:

• Select the Community tab found at the bottom right of your screen or by pressing the “f” key on your keyboard.

• Now select the Guild Academy tab.

• Then select the “Enroll” tab located at the bottom left of the Academy page.

• A small pop-up window will appear, enter the guild name for the academy you wish to join. You will then be enrolled into that academy, no questions asked. You can join any academy this way, like I said before, you can join a fiesta Guild Academy without getting permission, but like I said it’s better to find out what the guild academy offers first.

Tips and Help:

-To join a Fiesta guild academy you must be level 39 or below and no in a guild to join a Fiesta MMORPG Guild Academy.
-Guilds can use guild storage, this funtion allows players to donate money and items to there guild. Another very cool Guild feature in fiesta MMORPG.
-Always make sure to find out all you can about the Fiesta Guild Academy you will be joining, if they give rewards and what they give.
-You have to wait 1 hour after joining a Fiesta Guild Academy to leave it.

So what can I say, the guild features are very interesting. I think I need to make a guild in Fiesta MMORPG in order to fully understand how they work.  So far I joined an academy and it seems fun, one of the things I like is that when someone levels up you get a buff that increases str an def. You also get rewards, think I got like 10 silver with is really nice, especially if your new and need money. Another guild feature I haven’t seen but an looking forward to is the ranking, but think I need to make a guild to see this one.

For the most part I just went into the Fiesta MMORPG and ran around defeating monsters and trying to get to the next level. I like to jump around the servers since I have characters in all servers. If you see me say hello and also leave a comment, especially if you have information regarding the guild features and or any other new features in Fiesta MMORPG.

Well thats all for right now didn’t get to explore the features to much at the moment but will get online soon and make a guild this way I can give a more in depth talk about the new Fiesta MMORPG Guild features.

New Fiesta Patch – It’s All About Guilds!

The latest patch for the free-to-play MMORPG Fiesta is now live! It introduces a multitude of exciting new guild features, including guild storage, a guild ranking system, and the much-anticipated guild academy.

Players can now share their in-game currency and valuable items with other guildmates using a new guild storage feature, making transferring items between characters and friends even easier.

Hey there JohnNitro here to talk to you about Enhancement.  It’s Really easy to Enhance your weapons, the hard part is the success rate. I found it to be quite easy to get a weapon/armor to +6 enhancement, but beyond that it’s seems to be impossible. Believe me I have tried.

What you will need to Enhance:

1. First you will need the weapon/armor you want to enhance/refine.
   
2. Next you need the Enhancement stones:

• Elrue for leveling your weapon/armor from 1-3 power level

• Lix for leveling your weapon/armor from 4-6 power level

• xir for leveling your weapon/armor from 6-9 power leve

Ok now that you know that, head over to a smith (Weapons and armor dealer) and click on the NPC Smith.

• You will need to Click refine.

• Add you weapon/armor that you want to refine in the middle of the Enhancement window (That’s the pop-up window from when you clicked “refine”.

• Then you will add the Elrue, (since your just starting on enhancing this is the first enhancement stones you will use till you get you weapon to +3) So Add the Elrue stone to one of the outside boxes in the pop up window.
• Then start the process, if your lucky it will be successful, if not you fail.

• There is a chance you will loss your item if you fail.

• It will also downgrade if you fail.

• or nothing will happen if you fail.

Note: If you enhance enough weapons/armor without closing the Refining window(the pop-up window ) You will get a few titles, if you enhance 11 things without closing the window you get a few titles.

Hey all JohnNitro here, just want to talk a little about what I think about Fiesta and the forums. First and foremost I want to say “I really like Fiesta MMORPG“, in my opinion it is one of the best F2p (Free to play) games out there. If you have seen me in-game you have seen that I help others out as best I can. I know this game and offer my information to all for free, and because I have fun with this game.

The forums….hmmmm, what can I say, to many people being forum cops and telling you what you can and can’t post. I understand you want to be helpful but stop making player or forum user mad. I welcome any criticism it’s good for me. If I’m doing something wrong or posted bad information, that granted, tell me I did. On my site if you see something wrong tell me please tell me. I try to give you all the best possible up-to-date information I can get.

Ok, let’s see what’s next, oh yeah, the game issues. Yes this game has issue, so what, what game doesn’t, they are working hard to make it better. Sometimes better isn’t better as fast as you may want it, but just chill, it will come. Lag is something that is always an issue, but it gets better.

What I don’t like:

There are few things I don’t like, rude players, people, etc…. that list goes on but in the forums you have to deal with them, so whatever. On fiesta forums I like to post things like event or other things that will help the community and make this game more fun for the more advanced player. I recently posted about watching me play fiesta on Xfire, through their broadcasting feature. I got some rude comments, and some critic feed back (which I thought was good) I understand that players might not want to watch me play, well the advanced one, but the point of me doing it was to get new player to watch. They can watch and chat with me, this way it helps them learn the game, they can ask me to show them something they might not understand how to do. Also this is great exposure for Fiesta as players that don’t play watch the game and decide to try it out. I had a few players that play watch me, and also gamer that haven’t heard about Fiesta MMORPG. They asked me loads of questions, made me die a few times because of it, but in the end they decide to try it out. I’m happy that I can do that, helping others is more fun to me the leveling.

If I spent all day trying to level I would be capped, I have been playing this game for a long time, but the whole time I learned how to play as a noob, newbie, etc… I learned how to make 1 gold or more as a level 22 or below character, if you have as well then good for you. My point is I took a POV (Point of View) and tried to help players in that position. The whole goal with what I do is to help newbies enjoy this game and not have to worry that they will be lost.

Well in the end I just want to say, enjoy the game, don’t tell me what I’m doing is not worth it. If you see an area I can improve on tell me. If you want to be a critic that cool too, be one, I will make a debate category just for you all critics out there. We can go back and forth I’m sure it will be entertaining to say to least. So I guess that’s what I wanted to say for today, if you have comments or what to bash what I say, go ahead.

What is “Rep?”

Many users of the Fiesta forums have been wondering exactly what “Rep” is. Now, most of you might know what it is, so don’t post comments like “Oh come on, what kind of moron doesn’t know what Rep is?”, or likewise. Rep stands for reputation.

How do you use this so called “Rep?”

How you add it is simple. Under a person’s avatar (picture thing under their name), are 3 little icons. The first is a light, which shows if the person is online or offline. The second is the REPUTATION button, and the last is the warning button, used to send a PM (Private Message) to a GM if a certain post is flammatory, inappropriate, etc. By clicking on the reputation button, you have a choice of approving or disapproving of someone’s posts. You can also type in a short reason why you approve/disapprove. Repping someone shows that you think their idea/comment is helpful. Personally, I have never disapproved of anyone’s posts, I just let the mods take care of it.

What does adding “Rep” do?

Once you get enough rep, the little green box under your avatar (see line 4) may grow to 2 boxes, then 3, and so on, and demonstrated by our mods. Rep doesn’t give you special privileges, it basically shows how helpful you are. Negative rep can happen, but it doesn’t mean the person isn’t trustworthy. It means that they haven’t received any rep yet and some person may have disapproved of one of their posts for some reason. That is basically all there is to rep.

The mods and other people have lots of boxes, what’s up with that?

The green box turns to 2 when you reach 100 rep. You gain another at 200. The gray boxes that show up when you click “Options” are rep that has been given, but may not count because the one who gave it to you doesn’t have a high enough post count, and therefore may be a rep spammer that a hacker made to seem trustworthy. After you gain 5 boxes of rep, you start getting shinier, brighter boxes of rep instead. After getting 500 rep, you must get up to 700 to get another box, and then again 200 to the next one.

What are the requirements for using “Rep?”

• Your +rep doesn’t count towards people unless you have around ~20 posts, so don’t bother repping til you get that much. Also, don’t spam stuff just to get your posts up, because then people will neg-rep YOU.

What happens if I spam “Rep?”

Also, there is a set amount of people you can rep each day, over repping will cause you to not be able to pass on rep, positive or negative, for 24 hours. Also, the moderators can see how much you have been repping, and spam repping can get you banned.

• Also, you can only rep again after repping (positive or negative) 5 other people.

• How much rep you can give someone depends on how much rep you have (I think). My rep was worth 13 to someone with 0 rep at the time.*
